My AC went out in the evening. I tried calling three other businesses that advertised 24/7 emergency services. None of them answered, and honestly I’m glad they didn’t. I spoke to Deb and she was very kind and helpful. Kris came the next day as soon as he was available. He took time from his family to troubleshoot and resolve the AC problem so my family would not bake in the 100+ temperatures. Kris even educated me about the unit and gave me tips to better care for it. And to top it off, the price was very reasonable. I am so grateful for his time. I’m grateful his wife is supportive of his business so that he can provide what others in the area are not. Thank you so much!
